    'Breath of God', or 'Goddess' to some, is a nod towards the pastel goths and summer months ahead, as we enjoy the warmth of the summer solstice and look forward to the first harvest. Inhale and exhale a variety of romantic florals and uplifting citrus atop the cozy warmth of sandalwood and black pepper, complimented by the earthy undertones of dried autumn leaves scented with cedar. The magic of the 'Breath of God' delights us with a scent that is zen, uplifting, and a fresh awakening experience for the soul.

    The summer solstice, midsummer, or Litha for some, lands on the 20th-22nd of June for we beings of the northern hemisphere. Celebrate the sun's glow and power during the longest days of the year as the energies are high and a perfect time to focus on growth, prosperity, and renewal energy work. This is also a time for celebrating the successful union of the Goddess and God, the balance between the divine masculine and feminine energies, light vs. darkness, and summer vs. winter. Notably in the battle of light and darkness the Oaken King is at his prime during Litha and is waging an ongoing battle against the Holly King of the colder months. This balance between energies reminds us of the interconnectedness of all things and the cyclical nature of life and spiritual existence.

    Each element of this mix has been carefully selected and thoughtfully combined in darker tones to suit your dark aesthetic home decor while paying homage to the summertime. The blue and purple colored botanicals remind us of the ocean and summertime blossoms, while the silver berries are a nod to the Goddess gracing God with her presence. The selected scent is meant to uplift and unwind your senses so you can relax and enjoy the festivities. The accompanying skull diffuser is designed to complement your potpourri and is adorned with our signature silver crescent moon charm, a silver moon phases charm, and copper wire-wrapped purple titanium-coated aura quartz. It can be hung in your car or any space where you need a bit of a scent pick-me-up

    To make displaying your potpourri a creative experience, and set the 'mood' of your living space into a witchy goth wonderland, you will receive add-ins that are appropriately themed for this sabbat with a few gothic touches that embody our brand.
     
    To pay respect to this sabbat and the Oaken King we chose the symbol of the 'Horned God', often thought of as the symbol of Cernunnos and a symbolic representation of God impregnating the Goddess. This symbol also represents the master, father, and sage, or the male counterpart of the Triple Goddess symbol representing the mother, maiden, and crone. We also chose the sun spiral, oak leaf, acorn, golden ribbons, rose and dried flowers. Lapis lazuli, moonstone and clear quartz crystals were chosen as conduits for energy work. Lapis lazuli is revered as a stone of inner wisdom thought to possess qualities that aid in connecting with your truest self. While working with lapis lazuli the sun's energies may amplify your intuition, while summer nights may aid in connecting with spirit. Moonstone is valued for its radiant and vibrant energy, suited for the season's spirit. It symbolizes the summer's joy and vitality and may help us embrace our femininity and foster emotional healing to better handle life's ups and downs. Clear quartz may aid in amplifying your intentions, balancing and clearing energetic blockages.

    Our artisan-made aromatherapy gift sets are designed with quality materials chosen to not only produce a rich, welcoming long-lasting fragrance but also with Mother Nature and ethical practices in mind. We prefer to use materials that will biodegrade over time, such as botanicals dyed in ecodyes, burlap, and cotton. Reusable or multipurpose materials are used whenever possible making this an excellent choice for the environmentally conscious.

    SCENT: 'Breath of God' *dupe - This highly complex unisex scent contains neroli, sandalwood, Virginia cedar, Amalfi lemon, melony citrus, rose, ylang-ylang, vetiver, grapefruit, black pepper and so much more. Lush Cosmetics is not affiliated with us, this scent is merely very similar.
     
    ORDERING INFO:
     
    Foremost, select your preferred scent for this sabbat.
     
    Given each gift set is made-to-order, please allow 3-5 days MAX for your order to ship. We let the potpourri sit in a glass jar so it fully absorbs the scent so by the time you receive your order the scent has matured. Each diffuser is made-to-order, so while the design will be the same, the size and shape of the wire-wrapped crystal may differ slightly.
     
    What's in your gift set:
     
    1) Potpourri sachet weighing 4.5-6 oz. or a minimum of 3.75 cups with 5-7 sabbat witchy goth-themed add-ins and a selenite blade.
     
    *We weigh our potpourri in cups as we feel that is a better way to visualize how much you will receive as some botanicals are very large but weigh little and vice versa. Flower petals weigh very little but are easily crushed. We strike a balance between providing you with your money's worth but without crushing your potpourri.
     
    Add-ins are packaged separately in a small organza bag, or box, to protect them in transit. While we make every attempt to provide a product that is nearly as identical to our images as possible, due to supply and demand, some minor substitutions may be made. Example: a sun spiral with a different gemstone accent, different acorn color or different types of dried flowers.
     
    2) Custom-made 6-8mL skull diffuser in black or clear with your choice of crystals and/or flower petals.

    Due to the nature of handmade items, the images merely represent a fairly accurate representation of what you will receive. Display pieces are not included, just your potpourri, skull diffuser, add-ins, and skull refresher oil.

    • ~*~ Potpourri Care Instructions ~*~

       

      To ensure a long-lasting scent, store the potpourri in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. To use simply place your sabbat potpourri mix in a decorative vessel atop your mantel or altar, or wherever people tend to congregate in your home to serve as a unique decorative and conversation piece. Add your personal touch by arranging the themed add-ins and/or incorporating items of your own. You may notice powder as you do this--this is orris root, a natural fixative that 'grabs' onto the lovely scent so your potpourri has a long fragrant shelf life.

       

      Use the matching skull-shaped refresher oil to freshen up your potpourri or refill your skull-shaped diffuser. Deposit small amounts of oil on the hardest botanicals such as the cacao shells and fruits, pods, etc., and shake or stir the mix to get the orris root dispersed with the fresh oils. Please note, the oils may damage or stain your clothes and any objects they come into contact with, so please let the oil soak into the botanicals before placing any decorative pieces on top and use a vessel that is oil-safe such as glass, or finished wood.

       

      ~*~ Diffuser Care Instructions ~*~

       

      To use our diffusers simply remove the wooden cap and plastic stopper, then place the wooden cap back on securely. Invert the diffuser for 2 seconds. Put the plastic stopper in and secure the wooden cap over the top of it as it came to you. This prevents your delicious fragrance oil from evaporating. Freshen the wooden cap as needed. Please note that while most of our fragrances and/or essential oils are skin-safe, some are not. Please wash your hands if you get any on you and wipe up any spilled oil immediately. When refilling your diffuser, gently remove the plastic cap and fill to the top of the skull's head leaving the spout empty so the plastic cap can securely fit back in. This will prevent leaking.

       

      Please note that some add-ins/decorative pieces/charms may have sterling silver components and will require occasional polishing as sterling silver naturally oxidizes. Use a soft cloth similar to a cheesecloth that has some texture but is still super soft and gently rub the surface.
